zone by phone problem

Ok, so I just downloaded and installed the correct version of SJ phone for ZBP, but when I try to call, I immediately get a "request time out" error and it won't connect. Does anyone know what this is all about and how to fix it?

I've tried reinstalling the program and all the other usual steps to fix a problem, but I still get the same.

Any help would be greatly apreciated

Well, SJphone allso didn't work for me.
I'm using phoner. google for it, It's only program, that allows me to call zbp.

Is the google thing free, or do you have to pay for it? I tried zip phone software and it wouldn't work for me either, so I just took it off. I've tried to use the actual phone and that won't pick up at all. Is that something to do with my phone, or just zone by phone? My phone is working for all other calls, so it's probably not that.

yes, it's free. The address is something like http://www.phoner.de, but don't be scared, it's mostly in english - I think, that only first dialog is in german, just click ja.

and do we need to register somewhere? because it asks me for a provider. how can we do this?

you need zo register in some voip provider.
